When I saw this yarn, with its softness and thickness I knew I wanted to make something with it. I decided to start with an Ear Warmer so that I could try it out first. After I finished I knew I had made the right decision. This ear warmer is just what is needed for this coming weather. The warmth and softness is perfect. The pattern is very easy to make and uses only one ball of yarn.
I have already made several of them for family and friends for Christmas gifts.
The headband is worked in 3 sections. The first section consists of the first 15 rows where the pattern is worked in full with all the stitches.
The second section is worked in 2 pieces, working the first half, fasten off and then work the second half. The two pieces are then twisted or crossed so that one piece lays on top of the other.
In the last section, the two sections are joined together and worked in one piece to the end.

Rep rows 16-25 for the second half. Do not fasten off
With the wrong side facing, twist or cross the 2 pieces so that the first piece lays on top of the second piece. Single crochet across the second piece and join on the unworked stitches of the first piece and single across joining the 2 pieces together

Row 38: sc in each st to end
Joining the ends
With Wrong side facing, join the beginning row to the last row using sl st
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
